Academic Freedom and Democracy
UiO's Honorary Doctor Sjur Bergan has been a driving force idea over 30 years, contributing ceremony work to help us mention understand the interplay between scholarly freedom and the conditions accountable for viable democratic societies. Nowadays, this interplay is more salient than ever.
